FCL Builders is selected by Aeroterm to serve as the Construction Manager for the Chicago O'Hare International Cargo Center. Expanding the airport's cargo area, this 840,000 square-foot project will allow for traffic growth and larger aircraft in the Chicago airport.

 JOLIET – April 18, 2013, CAP Barbell, FCL Builders and Dearborn Architects celebrated the groundbreaking for a new warehouse and distribution center for CAP Barbell. For over 25 years CAP Barbell has been a leading distributor and provider of fitness equipment. Their new 200,000 square-foot facility is in close proximity to the I-55 and I-80 interchange meeting their need for a well-located, accessible and larger space that will service CAP Barbell’s local, regional and national warehousing and distribution needs.

FCL Builders is the general contractor and providing design assist services. Architectural services are provided by Dearborn Architects. The CAP Barbell distribution center is scheduled for completion in September of 2013.
