Communication

In a team environment, communication is critical. It takes an entire team to build a building. First and foremost - FCL Builders knows how to listen to the Client. We know that the dissemintation of goals and tasks must be precise, so that everyone is on the same page. We encourage the flow of information to go in both directions, by also listening to our subcontractors and staff.

Plan

The right strategy for providing speed to market is to take the time upfront to make the right plan.  The old adage, "haste makes waste" is applicable to construction and FCL Builders knows better than to waste resources by getting ahead of oneself. Looking at the big picture and sizing up all the variables is often key to making the right design and construction decisions that will enable the team to achieve the desired end result.

Implement

We believe that the goal of thorough organization is to empower team members to implement strategies in a timely and effective way. Every building is different and by the same token, not all subcontractors are created equal. FCL Builders believes that fitting the right team members together is an art; and one that often determines the success or failure of a project.

There is no substitute for an engaged construction management team. An experienced professional knows that issues can develop and that if they are not dealt with quickly, they can soon turn into big problems. FCL Builders monitors, coaches and provides critical supervision of the daily process so that inevitable challenges are met and project success is assured.
