FCL Builders offers a vast array of Pre-construction Services in order to be sure we fully understand your project. Performing these tasks up-front ensures that the entire design/build project team has a full and complete understanding of the project before beginning the actual construction. Complete understanding of the project leads to a more concise project budget, a more specific construction schedule and allows value engineering at every phase of the project.
Some of our Pre-construction Services include Soil Testing, Environmental Testing, Water Flow Information, Archaeological Surveying and Utilities Locating to name a few.
